Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Female Agent who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative health program, which includes DNA testing, microbiome analysis, and personalized nutrition plans. Your goal is to reach out to potential customers, explain the benefits of our program, and convert leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our health program.
• Explain the details of the DNA test, microbiome test, and personalized nutrition plans to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Provide timely follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs

• Understanding market conditions and industry trends, as well as business operations in UAE to inform business marketing and sales strategy.
• Working with the CEO to plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new revenue streams and promote business growth.
• Evaluating the performance of commercial activities.
• Financial management – setting financial targets and ensuring business operations remain within budgets.
• Working collaboratively across the product and management teams to achieve business goals.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote sales growth.
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform business plans on commercial opportunities and understand future threats.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders to understand the needs of current customers and devise and implement customer acquisition strategies.
• Collaborating with departments across the company (marketing, sales, finance).
• Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
• Monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting back to the senior management team.

Requirements:

• Developing online sales operations in healthcare industry with products / treatment programs of 1,500USD or higher.
• More than 7 years experience in commercial activities and sales growth.
• Understanding the healthcare and/or laboratory industry of UAE.
• Experience working with genetic testing products.
